Celery Soup

small qty bacon bones                                        ½ head celery (chopped)

1 chopped onion                                                 ½ cup bacon pieces

pepper & salt to taste                                         1 bacon or beef stock cube

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan with 4 pints of water.  Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour.  Serve with a little grated cheese or parmesan sprinkle.
